How to send UPI payments to content creators on my website?

I have searched the internet for several payment gateways to automate payments to UPI addresses on my website. All the payment gateways I looked up only had an option to receive UPI payments and return back the amount if the order was canceled! could someone please let me know any API so that I can integrate it on my website to "MAKE" payments?
