I need to build a fixed width menu with a full width menu sort of. The dropdown is fixed width, but the background color needs to be full width. I've attached a screenshot of what the designers are hoping for.
As if this wasn't hard enough, it's in WordPress.
I've tried everything I could think of, including using plugins.
If you have code suggestions, plugin suggestions, I'm open to any guidance.
