Check Spam Filtration in React Native Donation Application

I am developing a React Native Mobile Application for One-to-One Donation Purposes. I need to filtrate the spammers for monetary transactions even though I am verifying the case through the necessary documents. I need to verify if the donee is a spammer or not.
