How to create an application which can be used anywhere by calling the exe file in other application

Example app1 and app2 in the app2 i am calling the app1.exe.In the app2 I need to get the app1 process.But in the app1 I don't give the app2 file path for the process.Because I am planing to use the app1 in somemore application.
