I've been working on an Outlook template for a few days. In the meantime I have finished it so far, but there is still a problem. When I send the form (category: message), the template only arrives with empty text fields. The template consists of several text fields and should be used by different people. The template and its text fields should be filled out and then sent to a mailbox.
The question:
Can someone explain to me why the text fields that were previously filled in and saved do not arrive filled out after sending?
