How Can I Add a PDF or Image to OneNote via PowerAutomate?

I have a Flow set to fire any time files are added to a certain folder in my OneDrive. It will create a new page in OneNote and add the file. The problem is with PDFs and images - it adds the file contents as a binary stream. Is there any way to add it - essentially the same as inserting a file printout?
