Get the byte buffer of Remote MediaStream in WebRTC Android Java

is there any way to get the byte buffer of Remote MediaStream tracks in webrtc and in java?

i've searched about it but all of them is capturing local Mic or Webcam but i needs byte buffer of remote tracks.
