How to edit Google Maps entry for a town?

I am on the Chamber of Commerce for the town (hamlet) of Roscoe, NY. As i look at the Roscoe, NY entry in Google Maps the current pictures are not reflective of the vibrant down town area. I'd like to update this with new pictures. Unlike a business address i can't seem to edit or offer suggestions. Please can you advise how i can update Google Map entry with updated pictures, descriptions for this town (hamlet)? Thank you.
