I had created a unity account using my college email last year. Now I am in my second year of college, my email will expire once I finish my course, so I changed my unity account email to a personal one.
Unfortunately, Plastic SCM is now not accepting my login information. going to https://www.plasticscm.com/account I am signed in as my personal email, but it says I do not belong to any organisations.
My Plastic SCM desktop app keeps prompting me to sign in to my organisations. Trying to sign in with both with my old email and new email will reject the login information. Clicking "sign in with unity" sends me to a page that confirms I have signed in with unity, but the Plastic SCM desktop app still prompts me to sign in.
When attempting to access my old projects in the Unity editor. It rejects my login information with my old email, and after entering my new email it says I am not a member of the organisation. The same thing happens when attempting to create a new workspace for a new project.
I have checked on https://id.unity.com/en/subscriptions, and I am still the owner of my organisations.
What should I do?
