We have cognos 11.1.4 version with distributed environment. One Content Manager and 7 dispatchers. When we start cognos content manager, after 5 min, it start negotiates and on same time server utilization reaches to 100% and in some time, it take auto restart. Our Cognos is install on AWS instances.
Please help we don't have vendor support.
