Docker swarm worker is working but status is down

I use docker swarm and portainer to control my servers. Sometime, my worker change status from ready to down (i think the worker disconnect to swarm) and i can't deploy throw portainer. But when i check my worker, it still work. So how does the worker have any configuration to try to re-join the swarm?
