StrapiCMS : API is not showing updated content from StrapiCMS

** Strapi CMS 3.6.8 **

** I updated content on the cms but API is still showing old content **

  1. I tried restarting strapicms
  2. I restarted entire server
  3. I can still see updated content on admin panel but api is still showing old content and even last updated is of 10 days before.

Background: StrapiCMS 3.6.8 with SQLlite database on Ubuntu /EC2 instance
