sql server on macbook pro 14 m1pro via Parallels on Windows 11

I installed Parallels 8 on MacBook pro 14 and windows 11. I want to install visual studio because in Windows with it you can use more opportunities for development. Sql server is also very often used when creating applications, but it cannot be installed in windows on a MacBook via parallels. How to install sql server on a MacBook Pro 14 on Windows 11 in parallels? Maybe chip m1pro not supporting sql via windows in Parallels?
