I've set up LearnPress in my self-hosted WordPress site, and created a course:

But for some reason, the profile pic of the instructor is showing up twice (one below the other at the top, and one next to the other in the "instructor" tab).
I have no idea why this is happening or how to fix this.
Can anyone help, please?
I tried finding where the avatar pic is taken from and looks like it's from Gravatar.
This symptom only appears at the LearnPress course page.
The rest of my site works okay with the Gravatar.
