Is there a way to execute a function before a Heroku server goes to sleep in Node.js?

Exactly what the title says. There's not much more to elaborate I think. I'd also like to know if it's possible, whether there is also a way to test that it works correctly. (besides waiting an hour for the app to go to sleep of course)
