flask deploy on heroku master -> master (pre-receive hook declined)

I tried most of the methods to fix this issues but no use keep getting the same error. Does anyone know how I can upload flask project on heroku

I get error when I run git push heroku master or git checkout tempbranch git push heroku tempbrach
