pod spec lint command fails building code from higher ios deployment target

Hi I have problem when running

pod spec lint

linter is returning such error

 - ERROR | xcodebuild: /UIKit/CollectionViewController.swift:111:37: error: cannot find 'UIHostingConfiguration' in scope
 - 

I don't know why that happens, as I have set in my podspec

  s.swift_version = '5.6'
  s.platform = :ios
  s.ios.deployment_target = '13.0'

and UIHostingConfiguration code is wrapped inside available

SwiftLint also outputs such thing
