VSCode and pip: Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process: "F:\python\python.exe" "F:\python\Scripts\pip.exe"

Whenever i type pip in VSCode in python this error message appears:

Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using '"F:\python\python.exe" "F:\python\Scripts\pip.exe" ': The system cannot find the file specified".
