Apache, Localhost, SSL cert, "server.key" server name?

I understand that to create an ssl cert I need to make a private key using "server.key"; My question is... and this might be really stupid but Im new to all this... What do I use for the server name? All I am trying to do is create an ssl cert for a html page I am creating for use with Apache and Localhost. and Im using windows 10.
