I have very weird problem only on my windows PC with the browser rendering of some google applications, eg.: firebase, google analytics, google classroom, google ads, google console, google cloud, etc.
The websites mentioned, render the HTML correctly, some of the CSS and some of the images but mainly the problem is that it will not render the main CSS files on the website, plus it takes quite some time to load the websites and some of the links will crash and will not open at all.
I have other devices like windows laptop, macbook, iphones and android phones and on all of them these websites work perfectly well, it is only on my windows PC.
When I open the console on any of the websites it gives this warning: "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT".
I have tried clearing the cache, flush/renew DNS, disabling all extensions and ad blocks, hard browser refresh, changing user agents, VPNs, different browsers, incognito, clearing history/cookies, changing to windows 7, 8, 10, 11 and none of that helped.
