My Angular project don't get my custom Spring AUTH server as the issuer

I created a simple spring OAuth2 server and it is working fine when i type the URL in browser.

after that I create the angular application referring to the document.

My code is working fine for the given auth server in the document. but when i change the auth server to my custom server, it gives this error
