Vega lite params limitation issue

I am trying to make more flexible (such as color of bar, title properties etc.) but I am not able to use params in mark type and many other thing, how I make this possible using parameter(params) to make more flexible chart , i want to know how JSON is parsed in Vega lite (links and resources for knowledge and understanding).How JSONC parser treats params while parsing the code.
