I'm trying to follow the 7 steps given in the link below to connect my Oracle Database to my Oracle listener via Oracle SQL Developer. Step one says to open Net Manager. In the Windows 11 start menu I can bring up Net Manager, but when I click on it it says the shortcut has moved. I navigate to Net Manager under Oracle in File Explorer, and same thing, the short cut has moved. I search for Net Manager and find nothing. Oracle Net Manager would have been included in the Oracle download I assume. Any advise on how to access Oracle Net Manager?
