Date not showing as DD/MM/YYYY in Tableau Prep Builder Ver.2021.2.1

I'm inputting a column of 'Date' data into tableau prep builder, and the date format is in mm/dd/yyyy. I will need the date to be in dd/mm/yyyy.

I have also tried, for Locale, Singapore version, but generate the same outcome. I was wondering if there is any default date format (i.e. mm/dd/yyyy) setting hidden somewhere in the application. Can anyone help me on how and what I can do to change the date format in tableau prep builder to dd/mm/yyyy?
