Plain Text Content Management System

I'm currently building a website with SvelteKit, and I was wondering if it would be possible to do something like include a description for each player stored in a CMS. I'm not really clear on CMS's, but would it be possible to create one that's text only? In other words, I want something like a database to store plain text but in a way that a user (with no experience in coding) can change it.
