Wireguard-apple build failed with error: ExternalBuildToolExecution failed with a nonzero exit code on mac with M1

I have added user defined setting in build settings, then add PATH as key and ${PATH}:/opt/homebrew/opt/go@1.19/bin as value, which doesn't works, what should I do?
