Self host Jitsi Server: How can I create a single Jitsi room without authentication and the other Jitsi rooms are authenticated?

I successfully hosted my Jitsi Server and registered some moderators. Now I want to have a single Meeting without authentication with User and Password. How can I do that? Can someone help me out? Can I make it possible when I register some moderators but my guests can open a Meeting too? Thank you ^^
