ActiveMQ / Talend (consumer can't receive message)

I have a Talend ESB Route which uses the ActiveMQ to save the Files as inputs then pass them to our component to transform them, the problem is that today the files which are in the AMQ are no longer consumed and when I restart my Talend Route the number of consumers increases. I am not very familiar with ESB Routes and ActiveMQ and I need help debugging this problem.*enter image description hereenter image description hereenter image description here
