Regression infinite loss

I am working on linear regression with SGD and have to predict the future price of cars. I have x=[2017,2018,2019,2020,2021,2022] and y=[22455,23570,23720,24270,24970,26520]. I am getting infinite loss. Do I have to scale values of x and y? X is a year and Y is the price of the car.
