Which API can I use to fetch a rooftop area (squarefeet) from an house/building address

I'm looking for an API particularly a Google Maps API that can provide me the size of a rooftop (for e.g your rooftop size is 1,120 Square feet) by providing an address OR latitude + longitude either. Can anyone point me towards a documentation OR any suggestions ?
