My InceptionV3 code is running fine in Google Collab , but getting error in my Jupyter Notebook

My InceptionV3 code is running fine in Google Collab , but getting error in my Jupyter Notebook , my friends said it could be indentation issue , but i have type manually multiple times still the same issue ..

Note : the same code is working fine in Google collab without any issue...
