I have stumbled into a problem where i have two measurements (SPAD_1_av and SPAD_2_av) at different times for four cultivars in two different treatments
I made a ggplot but it did not represent the individual measurements well as it averaged the two measurements instead of showing the two

i have also tried the melt function so each measurement is represented on a ggplot but that did not work
