SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused mysql container

Question

hey im working with nextcloud project and maybe the project name doesn`t matter . i dockerized the project stack is mysql|PHP|nginx . the problem is when i connect to db error show me SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused my credential in application for database:

db_user : root
db_password: nextcloud_pass
db_host = 127.0.0.1 (i tried also db or nextcloud_db)
