Jetty Server Error: Config does not exist

I am trying to create a Jetty server in VS Code on MacOS. However, I continue getting the same error, that being 'Config does not exist: file:///etc/realm.properties'. I am using v9.4.48 of Jetty, as the newer versions did not work. What is the problem here, and how can I solve it?
