I recently downloaded Visual Studio 2022 and this issue has been occurring but I dont know how to turn it off. Everytime the blink is free or waiting - it starts blinking and it doesnt allow me to type or use my mouse to select text on the screen. I did found a quick workaround by hitting the insert button but I dont know why this is happening. Can anyone help?
