Collapse custom taxonomy panels in Gutenberg by default

Does anyone have a way to make sure that all custom taxonomy panels in the sidebar of the Gutenberg editor on the WordPress post editor are collapsed by default every time the editor is open? I have a site with MANY custom taxonomies, and because Gutenberg loads them asynchronously, if too many are opened, they won't load due to too many requests.
