Do you know a way to encode any type of digital data into a series of qr codes?

I know nothing about writing software. I'm interested in a program that converts any type of file into a series of qr so file size(a reasonable size) and time wont be a problem, so this series of qr's would then be encoded as a video file mp4 or any sort of video oriented output to be recorded on a medium cds dvds or even old analog video tapes to then be decoded back using a video converter hardware + app or smartphone optics. i'm aware of many constrains this system would impose (call them frame rate, size, compression, error correction, redundancy but i'm willing to try the feasibility, like some digital amateur radio software works. is it possible given the amount of points in my Wish list enumerates? i mean, how many bytes per minute could successfully be achieved? how to start with already available software hardware?
