Suppose user A wants to send a WhatsApp message to user B, but User B's phone is switched off or out of the network area or the internet is off. Now I don't want to store those unread messages on my(whatsapp) server. So tell me how can these messages be available to user B when he is back online? without storing those messages on WhatsApp server/ database. Is there any tool or technology available to achieve this?
