Add DEV and QAS URL´s to an MSAL aplication ID

I am new to MSAL, i develop an web aplication sucessfully, but could not run the MSAL authentication on Dev and QAs URLS generated by Azure AKS.

How can i add these two dev urls into an Azure B2C aplication ID ?
