Is it possible to upload ephemeral images using multer and fs?

I’m trying to build a little social media but I got one big problem: I don’t know how to upload ephemeral files using muster and fs … I know how to do it with “normal” files. Is it any parameter I haven’t seen ? Thanks for your help
