I need your guidance. Besides using Tensorflow, what are some of the ways of implementing a recommendation system or AI? I'm planning to use MySQL on a shared server or a low-cost dedicated server. I would be glad if I manage to find ways of using (or running) custom AI code. What sort of server or hardware do I need to achieve this? I'm working on a cheap budget. Can I use firebase or AWS free tier for a start?
