I'm looking for 64-bit static Windows libraries for gettext. Eveything I can find says to get them at https://mlocati.github.io/articles/gettext-iconv-windows.html. That page has links to download the static libraries for both 32-bit and 64-bit, but the zip file doesn't actually contain any libraries, just a bunch of executables.
Any suggestion?
