Lubuntu Cannot install GCC

I'm having an issue trying to install GCC on my lubuntu machine. Typing sudo apt install gcc results in a bunch of failures to find necessary archives. For example "Err:1 http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu hirsute-updates/main amd64 libcc1-0 amd64 11.1.0-1ubuntu1~21.0 404 not found"
