Tableau : Send Alert to users based on the e-mail column

I have a dashboard that has a column e-mail of customers. I want to send an alert to the e-mail ids listed in this column. I just started with tableau and doing Google search did not help much for this specific use case. Would really appreciate any leads on this. Thanks you.
