Need to split 'Name' column to title, first_name, last_name, nick_name columns

Col - Name
Val - Das, Mr. Amit ( chiku)

Expected output

Col - Title
Val - Mr.
Col - F_name
Val - Amit
Col - L_name
Val - Das
Col - Nickname
Val - Chiku
..

Please note - the nickname should be blank in case there is no nickname present in bracket
