Is there any option to hide the fields in CSV imports for particular role

When you importing any CSV in Netsuite,In import options tab i need to hide the field for particular role.

For ex: I need to import the customers through CSV,that time the field VALIDATE MANDATORY CUSTOM FIELDS is hide for the particular role.
