Sorry for the generic question but I have no idea where to start, I can't reproduce the error, but some users have contacted me that they can't access my website, mostly safari users but I made one person test with Chrome using the same phone and same Internet connection (4G) and couldn't enter either, the website is hosted in Digital Ocean using Wordpress, everything in my end looks fine, I checked the DNS but they look fine, at this point I don't know what can I do or what to check or what tool might be useful.
What could I pin point
- few users having the problem
- mostly iPhone users, safari users
- the last person to contact me was using the website but after some navigation lost access
- same person told me they never had issues using the website
- Mobile Internet problem maybe, I cleaned my browser and switched to Mobile connection but I still could access using my mobile provider
- the issues look like they started yesterday
- 2 more people administrate the website but as "store manager" role (don't know what is called in English "Gestor de la Tienda")
