Hyper V DC Randomly loses WAN connection unless IP changes

So I've been dealing with a random problem which I think would be a little hard to diagnose. But basically here it is. I have a small server with Hyper V Role installed with 2 vm's.

1st VM - DC1
Static IP Config:
IP 192.168.0.51
Sub 255.255.255.0
Gateway - 192.168.0.1

2nd VM - DC2
Static IP Config:
IP 192.168.0.52
Sub 255.255.255.0
Gateway - 192.168.0.1

Hyper V Host: HNode
Intel(R) Ethernet Connection I217-LM
IP 192.168.0.40
Sub 255.255.255.0
Gateway - 192.168.0.1

So my problem is that I set static IP's for all of these computers. And they work well, the DNS/DHCP server is running without faults other than one of the DNS servers randomly losing connection until the IP is changed. So when DC2 says it has no internet, I'm unable to remote in using teamviewer but if I can still RDP into DC2 while it has no internet. So they still work on the local network but are unable to 'exit' into the real network.

Any Idea why it would randomly just stop working unless the IP is changed? Like i just changed it yesterday from 52 to 53 and it started working, if i changed it back to 52 it would stop working again right away. But now that 53 isnt working again, if i switch back to 52 and change all the info on the DNS/DHCP server for the secondary dns then it works for a little while untill it starts telling me it has no internet connection yet can still be remoted into via local network computers.

So like i've tried enabling/disabling nics, flushing DNS, restarting the host/vm's. Any tips before I just change the IP and all the settings in the DNS to account for the new IP including any network devices i already manually input the DNS?
