Fix issues with getting rabbitmq to work in the notification-service & the customer-service in the yaml file

Has anybody had any issues with getting rabbitmq to work in the notification-service & the customer-service in the yaml file? Ive refreshed all the attached microservices Renstalled them Invalidated cached and restarted and I cant get this to work. Please fix this error
