Segmentation fault (core dumped) on Jetson nano

i am following this tutorial on Jetson nano 2GB

and decided to run this code

attempt to run the code produces the

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

I have tried multiple suggestions still can't resolve the issue. Any suggestion on how the posted code could be causing this error
